  • Design and implement changes to existing parts to resolve field problems and improve product performance and reliability.
  • Work with other departments to discuss design improvement opportunities and ensure product meets all requirements.
  • Provide product knowledge support to other functions as necessary.
  • Address questions regarding clarifications, deviations requests and drawing accuracy
  • Work under requirement of compliance of company
  • Other tasks assigned by direct manager
職位要求
  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical-electrical Engineering, Material Engineering or Mechanical Automatic Control. Master of Science in above Engineering fields is a plus
  • Minimum of 3 years experience, with automotive industry experience preferred
  • Strong 3D modeling and 2D drawing proficiency are required (CATIA preferred), detailed design work with plastic and stamping parts
  • Thorough knowledge of engineering terminology and standards (i.e. materials, dimensioning and tolerances). Thorough understanding of manufacturing processes (injection molding, stamping, etc), and material specification (plastics, metals, etc)
  • Familiar with general standards / quality tools in automotive industries, e.g. IATF16949, PPAP, APQP, FMEA, ISO14001
  • Good communication and good at cooperation for cross-department
  • Fluent English in reading, writing and speaking, German is a plus
