Key Responsibilities
1.Communicate with customer to elicit and understand customer requirements on electric power steering system, effectively present to customer TRW capabilities and solutions on EPS product.
2.Lead or support activities to analyze requirements and synthesize design of a system which meets the customer requirements, as well as legislative, TRW safety and other internal requirements.
3.Generate and maintain Product Compliance Matrix, gap analysis, and gap-closure action plans for all customer and system-level requirements.

Key Responsibilities
1.Responsible for managing predominantly projects within the business unit in accordance with ZF’s new product introduction management process requirements.
2.In accordance with PMI standards, is responsible for managing all aspects of a project over the entire life of the project as shown by the following process: Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling, and Closing.
Product Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities
1.Ensure product engineering activities in place which including latest Bill of Materials are used for production, maintains QAD system data (material purchase system) , introduce latest EOLTSPEC to production line, product’s key characteristics summarizing, and issuereport workout.
2.As a key role to participate in EPP EOLTlimit establish, which including provide engineering spec, cooperate with cross function team to design experiment to collect necessary data, verify that limitis valid, update new limit into SPEC and initial CR into Windchill system for tracking.
3.Cooperate with engineering center, participate in the development of new GENC EPP project, summarize product design defect as lesson learnt feed back to engineering for continuous improvement to achieve robust design.
Design Engineer-Division C

1.Support development of product strategy and product road map in MS AP.
2.Handle the CoC R&D projects in MS AP(introduction of new product design in MS AP, etc.).
3.Support strategy projects in MS AP and organize product know-how transfer between PL and MS AP.
